The room size felt cramped, with barely enough space to move around comfortably. The bathroom's shower design caused water to leak onto the floor, creating a slippery hazard, and limited ventilation meant it could become quite humid. Moreover, the lack of advance notice about the lift being out of order was frustrating, forcing us to trek up multiple flights of stairs, which was tough on my elderly parents. Towels had visible yellow stains, raising concerns about cleanliness. Overall, while functional, the stay had several aspects that could use some improvement.
